The best customer service!!! I've been coming here very often and they never disappoint. The best hookah and the best owners. Always checking up and making sure the hookah and coals are working and fine. The bathrooms are clean and the environment is nice and chilll. They play Arabic music which is something that makes me feel like I'm back at my hometown ! I highly recommend this place !!!

This is my second time waiting outside them to open the store. It is like a joke, it says open 2 pm everywhere, it is 2.10pm and no one is here again. Respect to customers who chooses to come your business but in the same time always the best service and best hookah, I recommend but don't go at 2 pm

Great service by Ahmed, made sure coals were changed in a timely manner, & made great tea. Environment was very relaxing and enjoyed listening to the Arabi music playing. Will be visiting again next time I'm in SoCal.
Just visited this place last night for a night cap and could not have been more satisfied. This is a REAL hookah bar, not some wannabe club that sells hookah. Very laid back and relaxing place. Most likely will be back again tonight! Ahmed was very personable and friendly, I am glad to have met him. He offered great customer service by constantly checking up on me to see if i need anything and making sure the coals were good and fresh.
